As one of your biggest investments your house needs tender loving care in order to keep its value and to be presentable if you want to sell.  There are little things that can be done to insure the your investment.  These are easy to do and can be done inexpensively. 

Front doors of any home can boost curb appeal, but they need to be maintained.  If the door is in bad shape, or you just want to spruce up the house, replace it.  If it is in sound shape but weather beaten or just worn out from people and dog traffic a fresh coat of paint can brighten it up and add value to your house.
