Judy's name was given to us by friends who had sold their homes during the last 3 years. Her experience was so evident when we decided to downsize from our house to a one story condominium. Her guidance for both selling and purchasing was so helpful in determining what our priorities were based upon the what was available in the area we preferred. We would highly recommend her to anyone needing a real estate professional.

Judy has been an absolute dream to work with. I owned a small single-family home in Dewitt in a lower-end market and first put the house up for sale in 2013. The market wasn't right, so Judy helped me find and vett renters - I ended up with a nice family that were steady renters for three years while I lived in Maryland
Judy was the ultimate professional. Using her knowledge of the home market in the eastern Syracuse suburbs, she guided us on setting the correct asking price for our home. Her marketing plan for the home (including bringing in people to help stage the house, a professional photographer which made the house in the photos look great on the website, a professional home description and a broker’s open house which generated a ton of interest) was the driving factor that allowed us to sell the house quickly.
